We’re looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead and coordinate our online marketing efforts across multiple brands on multiple platforms. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment, can juggle multiple campaigns at once, and communicates clearly across teams. You will be the bridge between strategy and execution—managing timelines, aligning teams, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include: * Manage digital marketing projects from concept to execution across email, social, paid media, SEO, and content. * Coordinate internal teams (creative, sales, dev) and external vendors or freelancers. * Build and maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables in tools like Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp. * Track performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization. * Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns. * Help develop and improve SOPs to keep our marketing machine running like clockwork. * Stay on top of digital trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices — especially within regulated industries.
What we expect from you: * Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (written and spoken). * Available to work U.S. business hours (must overlap at least 6 hours with EST or PST). * 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or project management (preferably both). * Experience using tools like Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, Google Analytics, and others. * Strong understanding of how to operate in a structured, team-based environment. * Excellent time management skills—able to prioritize, multitask, and pivot as needed. * Highly organized, reliable, and self-driven.
Will be a plus: * Previous experience in the cannabis or hemp industry (marketing, compliance, or brand management). * eCommerce or DTC experience in CPG or lifestyle brands. * Familiarity with compliance challenges in regulated online advertising. * Comfort working with creatives, data analysts, and external agencies simultaneously. * Familiarity with email marketing, SEO, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, social media, advertising, ecommerce analytics.
