We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive the growth of our gaming solutions, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. In this role, you will play a key part in strategic development, seamless collaboration, and maximizing the impact of our offerings in the market.
Requirements: — 3+ years in B2B Account Management — Experience in the slot provider — Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Slack — Strong communication and relationship-building skills — Detail-oriented and innovative with a team-focused mindset — Fluent in Ukrainian and English (C1 level)
✅Responsibilities: — Provide excellent client support for positive and seamless interactions — Understand partners’ businesses and tailor approaches to their needs — Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners — Master product offerings and share updates promptly — Analyze client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities — Collaborate on promotional plans to boost game visibility — Communicate regularly with partners through calls, meetings, and events — Handle urgent matters and take ownership of unexpected situations — Assist in training new Account Management team members — Improve workflows and maintain organized team processes — Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and align efforts
