We are seeking a Middle or Middle Strong Business Analyst who has a solid foundation in business analysis and a strong desire to grow into a Tech Project Manager role. You’ll have the opportunity to gradually shift into project leadership while remaining deeply involved in analysis and delivery. Responsibilities: * Set up and continuously improve BA processes across the project lifecycle; * Lead stakeholder analysis and build communication & analysis strategies accordingly; * Identify business needs and define solution vision and scope; * Evaluate and analyze business risks, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies; * Create and implement change strategies to meet client objectives; * Manage and monitor the requirements process throughout the project; * Conduct elicitation sessions, document results, and confirm business alignment; * Specify, verify, and validate both functional and non-functional requirements; * Analyze requirements to ensure a consistent and realistic solution scope; * Support early-stage project activities (e.g., proposal preparation, scope definition); * Collaborate with the development team * Manage delivery and team performance; * Motivate and guide team members (People Management); * Own client communication and foster long-term collaboration.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in business analysis and project managment (outsourcing/outstaffing environment preferred); * Business analysis involvement on 2+ mid-to-long-term projects; * Familiarity with technical concepts (APIs, databases, backend/frontend interaction, cloud environments); * Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile, Waterfall) and methodologies; * Proficiency in requirements lifecycle and BA knowledge areas; * Hands-on experience with BA techniques: SWOT, BPMN/UML, Use Cases, User Stories, etc.; * Confident in stakeholder analysis and communication strategy building; * Upper-Intermediate Strong to Strong B2 / C1 English — written and spoken; * Ability to evaluate, establish, and adapt BA processes on projects; * Experience in pre-sale and discovery phases is a strong advantage.
