We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Payments Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our payment infrastructure. This role includes managing relationships with payment processors, reducing chargebacks and refunds, optimizing billing flows, and ensuring payment compliance across platforms.
Responsibilities: * Monitor and reduce chargebacks, disputes, and refund rates. * Manage integrations with existing and new payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Rapyd). * Maintain strong communication with payment providers and resolve transactional issues. * Analyze payment data and implement risk mitigation strategies. * Coordinate with tech and support teams to improve payment and billing flows. * Stay up-to-date with compliance, fraud trends, and best practices in payment operations.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in payment operations, risk, or fintech. * Familiarity with Stripe, Chargebee, Rapyd, or similar platforms. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Experience with chargeback management tools is a plus (e.g., Chargeblast, Midigator).
