We are looking for a skilled and proactive Lead UI/UX Designer to head our Design Office. You’ll drive quality across design projects, shape design processes and standards, and support the growth of our cross-functional team. If you’re passionate about mentoring others, owning design direction, and contributing to both internal and client-facing initiatives, this is your role.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design;
● 2+ years in a lead or management role (team lead, design lead, etc.);
● Solid portfolio with complex projects (web & mobile apps, B2B/B2C platforms);
● Proficiency with Figma and modern design systems;
● Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles;
● Experience working in Agile teams and managing cross-functional collaboration;
● English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
● Excellent communication, feedback, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
● Lead and grow a team of UI/UX Designers within the Design Office;
● Drive design strategy, define best practices, and maintain consistency across projects;
● Supervise and review design deliverables across multiple cross-functional teams;
● Conduct 1-on-1s, design reviews, and mentorship sessions;
● Collaborate closely with Delivery, Product, and Engineering units;
● Represent the Design Office in presale processes and client communication;
● Contribute hands-on to high-priority projects and R&D initiatives when needed;
● Identify areas for process improvement and initiate scalable solutions.
Nice to have:
● Experience in outsourcing or service-based companies;
● Background in EdTech or FinTech projects;
● Experience in building or scaling design systems;
● Workshop facilitation, training, or mentoring experience.
